About Dan. Well, I am your host here at Incorporation911.com. I am 54 years old and have lived in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1970 except for a few detours to California and rural Nevada. My wife (of 26 wonderful years) and I have one beautiful teenage daughter. She's a student of the theater and aspires to be a makeup artist.

I was a private business consultant for over twenty years. I owned and partnered in several small business organizations over the years. In the mid-1970s I was a real estate licensee and realtor in California. I hold a paralegal certificate from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Paralegal Studies program.

WHY INCORPORATION911.COM?

I built this website for a few good reasons. One was to house my articles, technical reports, industry exposes, and related items. On a website, I can leverage myself. Once I put up the material, its there for you to refer to whenever you want or need it. Simply come here when you need company information or documents.
